What This Shortlist Verifies—and What It Cannot

Inclusion required an identifiable company, a province-level Chinese location and an official page showing sliding windows or a directly relevant sliding-window system. The order below is editorial and does not represent sales, quality, capacity or market share. A buyer must still verify the legal entity, actual production site, current product scope and contract evidence.

Rogenilan is the only Guangdong company selected in this particular editorial shortlist. That is a list-design rule, not a claim that Guangdong has only one sliding-window company. The remaining candidates are publicly located outside Guangdong.

This guide is published by Rogenilan, which is also included in the list. Every company, including Rogenilan, was reviewed using the same public location and product-relevance standard. “Top” means an editorial shortlist for buyer research, not an independent ranking or endorsement.

Public Signals Versus an OEM/ODM Capability Test

The table records a public customization signal; it does not convert that signal into a proven capability. “Missing evidence” means evidence must be requested for the buyer’s exact order, not that the supplier lacks it.

Sliding-Window OEM/ODM Verification Questions Buyers Can Use

Send the same numbered questions to every shortlisted company. Score only whether the reply is specific, attributable and consistent with the drawing and sample—not whether it uses the words OEM or ODM.

Use One Drawing-to-Sample Approval Register

Create a register with columns for item, supplier response, document number, revision, sample ID, buyer comment, owner, due date and status. At minimum, include the opening schedule, elevations, section drawings, track and drainage details, glass schedule, roller/lock/screen schedule, finish chip, label artwork, packing drawing, applicable report or calculation, inspection plan and Incoterm.

Before production release, reconcile the approved full-window sample to the same register. A corner sample may help approve finish, profile, gaskets and joint appearance, but it cannot prove full-window drainage, operation, deflection or project performance. The release signature should cite the exact drawing revision and sample ID. Silence on a proposed substitution should mean “not approved.”

For shipment, add commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, origin document when required, inspection record and destination-specific evidence. The buyer—not the supplier list—must determine which documents and standards apply in the destination market.

Fields That Make Sliding-Window Quotes Comparable

• Project country, building type, exposure and applicable code
• Window schedule, elevations, sections, width, height and quantity
• Interior/exterior view, opening sequence and fixed or moving panels
• Thermal-break or non-thermal system and required frame depth
• Two-track, three-track, screen and drainage requirements
• Exact glass build-up, safety treatment, coating and spacer
• Roller, lock, anti-lift, handle and replacement-hardware requirements
• Finish standard, color reference and approved physical sample
• Performance criteria plus required report or calculation scope
• Installation interface, anchors, sill pan, perimeter seal and trims
• Sample type, drawing gates, inspection access and change procedure
• Labels, language, carton/rack protection, spare parts and accessories
• Quantity by line item, target dates and partial-shipment rule
• Incoterm, named place, destination and required import documents

Ask every candidate to price the same revision and show exclusions and alternatives separately. An alternative glass, roller, track or package can be useful, but it is not comparable until its technical and commercial effect is visible.
