Choose the Review You Actually Need
Product viewing addresses visible configuration and operation. A record walkthrough examines links between a unit and its documents. Shipment inspection needs a separately agreed scope, selection method, criteria and reporting responsibility. Do not describe a brief visit as acceptance of an entire shipment.
A two-track reference cannot demonstrate a three-track arrangement simply because both carry RGNL-100. Choose a relevant reference and record any differences from the intended order before drawing conclusions.

Work Through a Broken Link
Consider an illustrative visit where a unit label points to drawing revision B, but the document presented is revision A. Do not guess that the change is minor. Record both references and ask which revision governs the unit, what changed and which evidence resolves the mismatch.
Keep the affected conclusion open until the explanation is supported. A corrected sheet should identify the same unit and relevant configuration, not merely replace the filename. This example is a buyer exercise, not a report of a Rogenilan production issue.
Respect Access and Evidence Limits
Ask permission before photographing labels, screens or documents. Use redacted examples where appropriate; another buyer’s names, prices and drawings should not enter your visit report. Follow the host’s safety instructions and do not operate machinery or dismantle products yourself.
Seeing one linked record does not prove every unit is identical. Nor does a visible glass surface establish its full composition or thermal performance. Any wider acceptance or technical conclusion needs an agreed evidence scope and competent review.
