RFQ Workshop for OEM Buyers

Top 10 Sliding Door Manufacturers in China for OEM Projects

“Four white sliding doors, double glass, quote FOB” is not a usable OEM request. It leaves every candidate free to assume a different panel map, track, threshold, glass, hardware, packing method and named port. This editorial shortlist helps buyers find relevant China manufacturers, then turns the same incomplete request into a returnable RFQ that produces comparable quotations.

Why Most Sliding-Door RFQs Produce Non-Comparable Prices

A sliding door price depends on the complete assembly. The frame and moving panels may use a standard slide, lift-and-slide or another mechanism. Two-track and multi-track layouts create different frame widths, fixed-to-moving relationships and clear openings. Threshold height, drainage, panel weight, glass build-up, rollers or carriages, locks, screens, finish and installation interfaces also change the offered system.

An OEM buyer should therefore issue one drawing revision and require a structured return. A candidate can propose an alternative, but it must be shown outside the base offer with the technical, document, price and schedule effects stated. That discipline is more useful than comparing a headline square-metre rate. It also exposes unanswered questions before a sample fee, tooling payment or deposit is committed.

Direct answer: the ten companies below have public evidence of a China province-level location and a sliding-door or directly relevant sliding-system offering. Inclusion supports further RFQ research; it does not prove current capacity, OEM scope, certificate applicability, MOQ, lead time or fitness for a destination.

Evidence Standard and Rogenilan Conflict Disclosure

Public product and location pages were reviewed on 15 August 2026. Each company needed an identifiable Chinese entity or business name, a province or province-level municipality, and an official page showing sliding doors, lift-and-slide doors or a directly relevant sliding-door system. The sequence follows the RFQ workshop, not sales, market share, capacity or quality.

This guide is published by Rogenilan, and Rogenilan is also included in the shortlist. Every company, including Rogenilan, was screened under the same public location and product-relevance standard. Rogenilan is the only Guangdong company selected in this particular editorial shortlist; that is a list-design rule, not a claim about the wider Guangdong door industry. “Top” denotes an editorial buyer-research shortlist, not an authoritative ranking or endorsement.

Send the Same Drawing Pack to Every Candidate

Before reading the entries, prepare an interior-view elevation for every door ID. Mark overall frame size, structural opening, fixed and moving panels, travel direction, clear opening, floor build-up and surrounding interfaces. Attach sections wherever the sill, head, jamb, coupling or recessed track can be misunderstood. State the base glass, finish, hardware functions, performance evidence, sample, inspection, packaging, destination and Incoterm with named place.

Then give each candidate the same response rule: return the proposed system and exclusions on the schedule; redline deviations; price the base scope; and separate every alternative. The company entries below identify what public evidence justified inclusion, what to send and what to look for in the returned quotation.

1. Beijing NorthTech Group Ltd.

Beijing Municipality

NorthTech’s official aluminum sliding-door category shows multi-track and customizable sliding-door options and gives a Beijing address. The public range is a relevant starting point, but a category page does not establish which model, factory or report belongs to an OEM quotation.

Send with the RFQPanel map, number of tracks, target clear opening, threshold section, glass and destination evidence requirements.
Check in the quoteA named series, marked elevation and sections, base hardware, exclusions, manufacturing site and a tested-versus-offered difference statement where evidence is cited.

2. LEAWOD Windows & Doors Group Co., Ltd.

Guanghan, Sichuan

LEAWOD’s official GLT230 lifting sliding-door page presents a three-track aluminum system, while its contact page identifies Guanghan, Sichuan factory addresses. Its public range includes several material and operating families, so the buyer must identify the exact construction being offered.

Send with the RFQRequired sliding or lift-slide operation, screen need, panel weights, drainage intent, finish sample and packaging constraints.
Check in the quoteThe precise model and material family, producing facility, panel limits, hardware schedule, packing assumption and classification of each requested OEM change.

3. Jiangsu Huakangda Architectural Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.

Huai’an, Jiangsu

Huakangda’s official sliding-door product page identifies a 105 Series aluminum sliding door, while its factory page identifies the Jiangsu company and site. Material and service scope must remain explicit because the website discusses both aluminum and UPVC door-and-window work.

Send with the RFQFrame-material requirement, supply-only or service boundary, glass, hardware, finish, quantity and destination.
Check in the quoteA single material baseline, sections, panel map, included engineering or installation, legal seller, production location, inspection role and export packing.

4. Rogenilan Windows and Doors

Foshan, Guangdong

Rogenilan’s official RGNL-120 Series Thermal Break Sliding Door page publishes two- and three-track references, glazing options, hardware and finishes, and its sliding-door category gives the Foshan, Guangdong address. Those public details apply to the named series, not automatically to every Rogenilan sliding door.

Send with the RFQDoor schedule, panel travel, track count, exact glazing, finish, lock function, screens, sample and required documents.
Check in the quoteSeries-by-line return, selected options, dimensional and weight limits, substitutions, packing, Incoterm and evidence tied to the offered configuration. Independently verify Rogenilan because it publishes this article.

5. Shanghai Superhouse Building Material Co., Ltd.

Shanghai; stated factory site in Jiangsu

Superhouse maintains a dedicated aluminum sliding-door page. Its contact page identifies the Shanghai company location, while the product site separately references a Qidong, Jiangsu factory. The office, contracting entity and actual producing site should be reconciled for the order.

Send with the RFQIdentical base elevation, frame and sill details, destination performance criteria, inspection access and package-label plan.
Check in the quoteNamed legal seller and factory, system drawing, glass and hardware bills, report scope, sample gate, package design and separately priced alternatives.

6. Shanghai YY Windows Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Municipality

YY’s official door range lists aluminum sliding and lift-and-slide configurations, while its contact page identifies the Shanghai company and a separate Jiangsu factory. Public customization language should prompt a defined change list rather than an assumption about OEM capability.

Send with the RFQThe exact base system need, tested-destination criteria, drawing revision, private-label scope and allowed alternatives.
Check in the quoteProduct family, producing entity, report schedule, offered-versus-tested differences, tooling or label charges, substitutions and quotation validity.

7. EOSS System Doors & Windows (Shandong) Co., Ltd.

Linqu, Shandong

EOSS’s official sliding door-and-window page identifies the Shandong company and gives a Linqu County, Weifang address. Its wider site combines systems, processing and technical support, so the buyer should define whether the quote is for completed doors, components or another deliverable.

Send with the RFQA deliverable matrix for profiles, fabricated units, glazing, drawings, calculations, training, packing and installation guidance.
Check in the quoteOne responsible entity for every deliverable, acceptance record, system boundary, factory, material list and documents included or excluded.

8. Shanghai Zhijing Doors and Windows Co., Ltd.

Xuzhou, Jiangsu

Zhijing’s official product range lists lift-and-slide and heavy-duty sliding-door systems, and its company page gives a Tongshan District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu address. Because the company name contains Shanghai while the stated location is Jiangsu, entity and site details deserve an explicit RFQ response.

Send with the RFQDoor IDs, panel and track layout, glass, hardware, project location, packing and required OEM branding or drawing tasks.
Check in the quoteContracting and producing entities, exact system, custom-versus-standard scope, approvals, export documents, package dimensions and exclusions.

9. Shanghai Finzone Windows & Doors Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Municipality

Finzone’s official aluminum-door range includes sliding aluminum doors and provides a Shanghai address. Its broader range also includes balcony and terrace glazing, so a buyer must distinguish a framed sliding door from another movable glazing system.

Send with the RFQThe required framed-door boundary, guard and safety assumptions, glass support, panel parking, track, locks and replacement-parts need.
Check in the quoteSelected product family, section drawings, safety boundary, package method, spares, installation scope and removal of unsupported page-level claims.

10. Liaoning Etaifeng Windoor Co., Ltd.

Shenyang, Liaoning

Etaifeng’s official company site gives a Shenyang, Liaoning address and lists lift-and-slide doors within a broader fenestration and facade scope. The combined project capability makes responsibility boundaries particularly important in an OEM enquiry.

Send with the RFQSystem boundary, surrounding facade interfaces, design responsibility, panel operation, sample and site-service expectations.
Check in the quoteProducing party, calculations and drawings, supply-versus-installation split, operating limits, acceptance gates, packing and replacement-component records.

Copy-Ready Sliding-Door RFQ Return Sheet

Copy these rows into a spreadsheet and require every candidate to complete the “evidence expected” field or state that it is unavailable. The comparison rule keeps a different assumption from disappearing inside a lower total.

RFQ Field Why It Matters Evidence Expected Comparison Rule
Door ID and drawing revision Links the price to a controlled opening Returned schedule and marked elevation Reject unnumbered or obsolete revisions
Panel map and viewing side Controls fixed/moving panels, travel and handing Interior-view elevation with arrows Compare the same clear opening
Frame, track and threshold Changes depth, drainage and floor interface Head, jamb, interlock and sill sections List low/recessed sill as a separate alternative
System and profile scope Separates standard slide, lift-slide and other systems Named series, material and profile codes No unnamed “equivalent system” in the base offer
Glass build-up Affects mass, safety, thermal and acoustic scope Pane, cavity, interlayer, coating and treatment schedule Price one identical base build-up
Rollers, carriages and locks Controls operation, adjustment and replacement Hardware codes, functions and load limits Show every substitution and spare separately
Performance file Website claims may not match the offered assembly Report/listing number and applicability statement Record tested-versus-offered differences
Finish and physical sample Color names alone do not control appearance Finish route, reference and sample ID Use one approved reference across quotes
Screens and accessories Frequently omitted from headline prices Screen track, trims, anchors, seals and loose-parts list State included, excluded or separately priced
OEM change scope Branding, configuration, tooling and design are different work Change classification, owner, fee and approval gate Do not compare a label change with new engineering
Sample and inspection Defines what must pass before production and shipment Sample type, fee, lead basis and inspection plan Compare equal sample and access rights
Packing and package data Changes landed risk, volume and handling Packing drawing, marks, dimensions, weights and loading plan Use the same protection and loading assumptions
Commercial basis Quantity and validity affect the quoted terms Quantity break, currency, validity and payment gates Normalize to the same quantity and validity date
Incoterm and named place “FOB” alone does not identify the cost boundary Incoterm rule, named place, included documents and charges Compare one term, place and document package

Run a 20-Minute Quote Normalization Workshop

Use the return sheet above as a meeting agenda with the design, procurement and logistics owners. The goal is not to negotiate price in twenty minutes; it is to decide whether the quotations describe the same door.

1. Freeze the baseConfirm one drawing revision, panel map, system class, glass, finish, hardware, packing and Incoterm. Mark undecided fields rather than leaving them blank.
2. Put exclusions in viewMove every exclusion from emails or footnotes into the return sheet. Assign an owner and due date for each unresolved item.
3. Separate alternativesRecord a lower sill, different glass, alternate hardware or revised package outside the base price. State technical and document consequences.
4. Reconcile quantitiesCheck every door ID, quantity and accessory. Confirm whether samples, spares, screens and loose hardware are included in the total.
5. Normalize logisticsUse one Incoterm and named place. Compare package volume, weight basis, loading responsibility and included shipping documents.
6. Gate the next paymentDo not release a sample or tooling payment until the company, system, requested change, fee, ownership and approval output are written down.

Use an Exception Register Before Commercial Comparison

Create one line for every difference with these fields: exception ID, door ID, supplier, base requirement, offered alternative, technical effect, affected document, price effect, schedule effect, approval owner and status. An alternative should not be silently accepted because it appears inside a quotation. “No response” should mean unresolved, not approved.

When quotes are normalized, compare the same legal seller, producing site, materials, evidence, sample and inspection access, packaging, documents and Incoterm. Ask separately whether the quoted MOQ applies to the complete order, each door type, finish, glass build-up or hardware set. Ask whether sample and tooling charges are refundable or credited, but do not assume they are. Record the quotation expiry and the conditions that can trigger a revision.

Before production, freeze the elevation, sections, bill of materials, glass and hardware schedules, finish sample, applicable evidence, sample ID, inspection plan and packing drawing. Before shipment, reconcile door IDs and package marks across inspection records, packing list, commercial invoice and transport instructions. Destination compliance remains the responsibility of the importer and its project professionals or broker.

Sliding-Door OEM RFQ FAQ

What does MOQ mean in a sliding-door quotation?

It may apply to total area, order value, one series, one finish, one glass build-up or one hardware package. Ask the supplier to state the unit, threshold and consequence if the final schedule changes. Do not copy a website MOQ into a contract without order-specific confirmation.

Should buyers request EXW, FOB or another Incoterm?

Select the term that matches the buyer’s logistics plan and use the current agreed Incoterms rule with a precise named place. Ask what export clearance, terminal charges, loading, insurance and documents are included. Compare candidates on the same basis and confirm details with the freight provider.

Can a supplier charge for a sliding-door sample?

Yes, a supplier may quote a sample, tooling, packing and freight separately. Define whether the sample is a corner, hardware set or full door; which drawing it represents; what it approves; the payment terms; and whether any charge is credited to production. Do not infer a universal policy.

How long should a sliding-door quotation remain valid?

There is no universal period. Require a stated expiry date and list the assumptions that can change the price, including aluminum, glass, hardware, currency, freight, quantity, drawing revision and delivery window. Reconfirm before order placement if the offer has expired.

How should an importer handle a cheaper alternative configuration?

Keep it outside the base offer. Require a marked drawing, materials and hardware differences, performance-document effect, sample or testing need, price difference and schedule effect. Approve the alternative only through the project’s documented change process.
