China Window Manufacturer: Canton Fair Project Mockups
Choose window mockups by the project decisions they must cover, not simply by the most common window size. Meet Rogenilan in Guangzhou, China, at Canton Fair, October 23-27, 2026, Hall 12.1, Booth F41-F42, to discuss a representative sample plan for your development.

Which Windows Should a Mockup Represent?
A development may repeat one window mark across many rooms while using a different wall finish, glazing selection or opening arrangement elsewhere. Approving the repeated unit alone can leave those differences unexamined. Start with the schedule, group comparable units, and identify the conditions that fall outside each group.
The aim is a coverage map: each proposed sample has a defined purpose and a list of window marks it represents. This is a planning tool, not a promise that one sample approves every unit or satisfies a testing requirement.
Use RGNL-116 as a Defined Starting Point
Rogenilan’s RGNL-116 thermal-break system window has documented configuration choices that make the discussion specific. Its opening alternatives allow different room arrangements to be considered within a named product reference.
| Published feature | Mockup planning question |
|---|---|
| 116 mm width; 6063-T5 thermal-break aluminum profile | Which frame section and wall interface will the proposed sample represent? |
| Inward, tilt-and-turn, outward and awning opening alternatives | Which selected operation needs to be examined for each window group? |
| Double and triple tempered glazing listed | Will one glazing sample answer the appearance question for every proposed glass selection? |
These are alternatives, not simultaneous functions or confirmation of every possible combination. Agree the exact assembly first. Published system width does not establish the complete unit dimensions, and no project performance rating is inferred here.
Match the Sample Format to the Question
- Finish or section sample: useful for a defined surface, profile or visible junction. It does not reproduce an entire installed window.
- Complete operating unit: useful when the question concerns movement, handle access or the selected arrangement.
- Window-and-wall mockup: consider this when the decision depends on the surrounding reveal, sill, trim or installation interface.
Ask what Rogenilan can prepare and what the project team must provide. A wall mockup may involve other trades; do not assume those works are part of a window quotation. Confirm sample availability and the review location before making travel plans.
Build a Four-Group Coverage Matrix
The following is an illustrative development schedule, not a customer project or a recommended sample quantity. Its purpose is to expose differences before choosing the physical samples.
| Illustrative window group | Coverage decision to record |
|---|---|
| A: repeated inward-opening units with the same glass and wall detail. | Nominate a representative assembly and list the marks it is intended to cover. Verify that the relevant details really match. |
| B: similar appearance, but a different opening mode. | Do not transfer the movement review from A. Identify the separate operation question and suitable sample. |
| C: same window arrangement, but a different sill or wall finish. | Record which interface remains unrepresented. Decide whether a separate junction mockup is required. |
| D: same frame, but another glass or finish selection. | Identify which visual decisions need separate references; do not automatically repeat unrelated checks. |
Add columns in your working file for sample ID, represented window marks, review question, excluded conditions and responsible reviewer. Use explicit exclusions: for example, a surface sample may cover color selection but leave installed appearance unresolved.
Do not select the smallest unit just because it is easier to transport, or assume the largest unit represents every engineering condition. Ask the responsible project professional to define any critical configurations and required testing separately from this visual and coordination plan.

Price the Defined Sample Scope
Request separate lines for sample fabrication, selected glazing and finish, packing, transport and any agreed wall-interface work. Identify who supplies surrounding materials and where the review takes place. Sample costs, credit against an order and exhibition-offer eligibility need written confirmation; none is assumed here.
When the design changes, revisit only the affected coverage decisions. A changed sill detail may require a new interface review without invalidating an unchanged color reference. Record that distinction before commissioning another complete sample.
Bring a Coverage Pack to Guangzhou
- Send the window schedule, quantities and the proposed groups of comparable units.
- Attach the selected elevations and wall sections, plus glass and finish references.
- List the decisions each sample must answer and the people who will review them.
- Request availability, preparation scope, review location and a separate sample quotation.
Resolve contradictory drawings using our drawing-review worksheet before treating the grouping as final. Rogenilan’s April photographs document real exhibition participation; the October appointment is an opportunity to discuss your particular sample requirements and possible factory follow-up.
Project Mockup Questions
Does every window mark need a separate mockup?
Not necessarily. Group comparable conditions and state what each sample represents. Let the project team determine where a difference requires another review.
Can one opening mode represent another?
Not for the movement decision. Record each selected operation and the sample or review needed to examine it.
Does an approved mockup establish weather performance?
No. Visual or coordination acceptance is separate from applicable performance evidence and the project’s testing requirements.
Can we discuss a factory appointment after the fair?
Contact Rogenilan to agree an appointment and agenda. Consult our October exhibition invitation for broader meeting information.
